Dear Mike, (3-18-05)

It's 4 am Sunday morning. I just got home from working Chubby's and all are asleep so I have no one the good news. Charlie's ( the place Chubby's had been permanently set up ) offered me a permanent spot if I buy my own cart. Last night I had served a man who costum builds food carts. He told me to look him up when I was ready to start my business. In 48 hours I have a spot, a cart (to be) and funding to start. That was from a third source. I am so excited. I don't want to appear that I am trying to run Chubby out of the spot but Charlie's told me tonight that he would have been evicted long ago if it wasn't for me there. There has been some problems Chubby caused and now they want me there and will help me get started. I already have a big following. Any ways, Thanks for listening and for the great help. At 50 I finally know what I want to do when I grow up. Ha Ha. Ruth

Hi Mike my name is Jennifer Killian I recently ordered you Hot Dog Cart Book and the Cart Recipe Book.
I found so much information in them that I have to read them both everyday so I don't miss out on anything. I am
a Mother of 4 and my husband and I are working full time and have Moon bounce Business on the side ( Inflatable
Playgrounds) we recently decided after a lot of research to get a Hot Dog Cart and I have a few questions that I am
hoping you can help me with? I am just getting ready to get my permit and need to locate a commissary but not
sure how to go about it I don't know how much to pay for there uses of commissary because as you wrote in your
book no body wants to help another vendor they don't want the competition (although there are very few Hot Dog
Carts in Arizona and no companies to purchase a them from) Your book has been a blessing to me I have learned
more in a few days with your book then I have studied in the last months. Thank you for all the information and
if you could give me alittle help with finding a commissary I would be most grateful I'm just not sure who to talk to.

business. First hand experience and written for the average persons' understanding are the two key ingredients
to this well thought out booklet. After spending literally hundreds of hours online

searching about the hot dog vending business, when I came across Mikes site, I immediately ordered it.
For the price, this is by far the best "value". My recommendation is to get the whole kit (tapes and all).. I only got

Hey Mike !

Your book is great, it really answered all of the questions I had about the business. Led me to the right places I needed to be and find out what I needed to find out. I have a passion for this business and fully plan on doing this soon. As of now I am planning stages only. I am a retired military and knew the current job I was on, was going to end soon because of a slowing economy. I am tired of the "rat race" of working for everyone else and only getting the crumbs that they offer. This sounds perfect. It will be a couple of months before I get up and started, but your book will be my work bible.
